The art of sensory analysis


In this workshop, you will learn how to develop a wine vocabulary through sensory analysis training. You will also be taught the key parameters to consider when tasting different types of wine. The course is divided into 3 days to ensure effective learning.

  • A focused view on 4 white principle varieties and the aroma characteristics of these wines. Taste a selection of wines build on this knowledge

  • A focused view on 4 red principle varieties and the aroma characteristics of these wines. Taste a selection of wines build on this knowledge
